Mack Jones Media and 9th Wonder’s IWWMG/Jamla Present… MIDDLE EAST MICFEST TOUR 2011 The time is here once again for the premier hip hop showcase/tour that originally spawned from just an idea in Roanoke, VA. Poe Mack and DJ VanGundy aka Case Jones, have been doing the Middle East Micfest since 2004. In 2010, the show outgrew the borders of the Roanoke Valley and was converted to a tour that featured Mack Jones, Scottie Flippen, Kaze, K Beta, Jah I Witness plus various local talents. This year, we have entered a partnership with Grammy award winning producer/DJ 9th Wonder and his IWWMG/Jamla record label. The 2011 Micfest Tour will feature his artists including Rapsody, Big Remo, Actual Proof, Thee Tom Hardy, The Away Team, Halo, and more from Jamla. 9th Wonder and crew will join with Poe Mack, DJ VanGundy, Big Hop and other highly respected emcees from the middle eastern U.S. to set the platform for many amazing hip hop shows from New York City to Atlanta, GA. The journey begins in Virginia (Poe Mack’s home state) on Friday June 3 2011 and concludes in North Carolina (9th Wonder’s home state) on Saturday August 6. Come experience the Middle East Micfest!
